Introduction
Just wandered upon this meet-up group and as I am fasinated with the Middle East, thought it would be fun to join!
Do you have any experience working with Non-Profits?I ask this because we are considering establishing ourselves as a Non-Profit in the near future.

I have not worked professionally in a non-profit however, I have been involved in raising funds for a few non-profits.

Have you visited the Middle East, and, if so, where and in what capacity? For that matter, where have you traveled outside the US?Do you speak other languages besides English & Arabic?Feel free to share whatever info you'd like.

I have only been to Morocco for a two week trip a few yrs ago. Have traveled and live abroad for over 4 yrs. Have traveled around Europe, Australia, Asia, South America, Central America and Mexico.

How did you find this group and, now that you're here, what do you want from it? For example, do you prefer Middle Eastern Music events, Dinner Parties, Language Workshops, Live Theatre, or just getting together to meet new people and have fun?

Sort of wandered here. Would love to learn more about the Middle East and the different cultures, etc.

Do you speak Arabic? If so, what dialect(s). Do you know Modern Standard Arabic (Fusha?) Can you read, write & speak Fusha? Answering this question will help us to better offer suitable language workshops for the club.

I only speak English and Spanish.

What is your current job/profession/field? What is your dream job?

Work in supply-chain management; trying to figure out my "passion."
