    I used the winch a couple of times when I went out with the Dogs in January.. Worked great, although the control box later failed me. If you look at the photo, you can see the on/off switch is just a circuit relay covered witha piece of adhesive plastic to form a button. I got ahold of Mile Marker and ordered a control box with a regular on-off knob. Hopefuly, it'll work better. Rich has the same winch, and I don't believe he has had any problems with it.

    Sorry for the delayed response. I haven't had personal e-mail access all week. Regret that I don't know anyplace in Stafford where you could go jeeping, but as I suspected, Terry and the more experienced members should have the scoop.
