i'm in venice beach. most convienent is the westside. downtown would be the farthest i'd meet up.

What would you like other members to know about yourself? Why have you joined this meet up? What would you like to see from this meetup? This will help me to organize meaningful events.

well i love nature and gathering fruits and veggies in this mega city. i love sharing knowledge, i'de like to continue my arabic studies while contribiting to the group (cooking, bringing produce to meet ups, sharing my love of the earth.

What would be an Arab country you like to spend as much time as you wish? Why? Do you like Arabic music? Name of Arab singers or what type of Arabic music genre (debke, zafin, rai, etc) you enjoy listening? Do you play any instruments?

the gulf i am most interested in visiting. the gulf is the most traditional then the rest of the middle east via southern morrocco/algeria. i seek the ancient way of life within arabia, modern life is to toxic for me.

Have you lived or visited any Arabic speaking countries (including African countries)? What aspect(s) of the Arabic culture/politics/geography draws your interest in it, besides being a Native? What do you like the most about that country?

i am not arab, though love arab culture. i have visited israel, jordan and egypt when i was small. i am most interested in the indiginous tribes, especially the bedu with there nomadic pastoralist way of life.

What is your level of spoken Arabic? Beginner, conversational or fluent or native. What is your level of written Arabic? Beginner, intermediate or had formal education?.or streetwise. Please elaborate. Would you like to teach arabic?

spoken is basic conversational (classical arabic) written is intermidiate no formal education in this language(begging arabs for this language is how i know anything)

My Meetup Groups

  •  lots of friendly arabs, learn more about people, islam, arabic culture, way of life, dance, food, relationships, everything! a positive open space for folks interested in the arab world and folks from the arab world sharing there story's and culture. this is a very inspiring group at least for me cause i am planning on living with nomadic badu in a about a year. so studying as much about islam and arabic right now is really the envirnment i need and love so much.
