Salaam Michael! I'm in the DC Arabic group and was wondering if you might consider organizing for the NY group a trip to the concert by the Arabesque Music Ensemble, it'll be at Symphony Space on Feb. 29. I'm assisting the ensemble, they are fantastic and the DC meetup group is going to see them on March 1. Info can be found on www. arabesquemusice nsemble.com. Shukran!

Michael - It was fun meeting you at LOST. Interesting pics! Are you able to add some footnotes?

As Salaam aleykum Michael, Thank you for your patience. I finally got my photo up. I really appreciate the wide variety of events you organize and hope to join you real soon.

Hi Michael, it's funny, I had the opposite assessment of audience demographics at Dr. Tibi event - seemed mainly Arab & Arab American. Lots of Arabic spoken, Palestinian National Congress members in Attendance, many from Khalil Gilbran support group, Arab American Professionals, Palestinian student groups, etc. Arab friend I attended with was delighted to be surrounded by so many eligible Arab-American "babes!"

Thanks so much for organizing the Moroccan cooking class. It is going to be so awesome. I can't wait.
-
